TEK Personnel Consultants was incorporated in 1984 following a development period as the recruitment division of a management consultancy business. The management consultancy was sold in 1996 and since then the business has grown rapidly. Over the last five years, and as part of our strategy, we have developed specialised recruitment teams to service our national and growing International client base. TEK's roots were originally in the manufacturing sector and it was this business base that gave rise to our core strengths in engineering and technical recruitment.

We now operate with over 40 staff at four locations throughout the UK and are proud to say that we have an enviable reputation for consistently meeting and exceeding our clients' demands and expectations. We are dedicated to giving our clients added value and our candidates the career support they demand and deserve. The success of this approach is confirmed by the frequency with which clients return with new assignments and our candidates become our clients of the future.
