Technology Resourcing's philosophy is to provide a truly professional, industry specific, recruitment service, leaving you to concentrate on your core business. Permanent Staff Appointments Whether you are recruiting a single engineer or need to set up a whole new department Technology Resourcing has the ability and resource to handle the entire recruitment process. We offer a range of services, depending on what method of recruitment is most likely to identify and secure the people required. Factors such as urgency, number of staff required, rarity of skill sought etc dictate which of the following services will be most suitable: Contingency Database Search, Search & Selection or a Recruitment Advertising Campaign Contract Assignments
Our consultants are experienced in supplying either individual Contractors with critical skills or complete project teams. We ensure our Contractors have the requisite qualifications and experience to fit straight into your team to be productive immediately.
Most of our Contractors are supplied on an agency contract basis but we can also introduce Contractors to join you on a direct hire basis should you prefer. Independent Consultancy
Whether you need a feasibility study completed, an external audit, staff mentoring or possibly just another point of view, a Consultant from Technology Resourcing may be the answer. These Consultants can work for you just a few days per week or month or on an ad-hoc basis, supplementing your in-house expertise.

I think they are a fairly small agency but they provide you with a far better individual service rather than just " a number". Also, they do keep you up-to-date and will always give you a realistic feedback and honest answer rather than the usual Agency waffle. I have also had the impression that they know their clients very well.
