TAL was founded as a specialist search and selection and people development group providing those services to clients across a wide spectrum of market sectors. The individuals who formed the group had worked closely together previously and had built up a powerful and collegiate work ethic. Over the years the services provided by the Group have expanded to those detailed in the our site. The focussed core resource of the business allied to an ability to provide whatever quality resources are needed to meet client needs plus the collegiate approach have been a constant whilst this expansion has taken place. In 2006, TAL relocated from its original base in Croydon Surrey to offices at London Bridge to be more central for clients and associates. Whilst operating in a number of other market sectors the "traditional strength" of the group remains Financial Services, Paper and Packaging, the Public Sector and Professional Services.
