About Square One Square One Resources was founded by Martin Rush and Paul Hanikene in 1995 to be somewhere that they wanted to work, having spent many years with recruitment agencies that all seemed to be the same. They are still actively involved in the business as main Board Directors and are supported by two other Board Directors and a day to day Operational Board.
