Comment left on 31/03/2009 20:10 My poor experience with Spring included a) undue pressure to sign away my data protection rights, b) unreasonable clauses in the client contract which were purely in Spring's interest and a marked reluctance to change to contract. c) frequent late payments needed escalation, changed payment terms (they cannily keep them outside the contract on their web site so they can be changed at will), changing time sheet processes etc mid contract (all pure chaos) and d) losing the copy of my passport! No I could not recommend Spring. 2. Comment left on 09/06/2008 11:06 They actually admitted to losing my personal details, including details of references, which is inexcusable. Despite having a contract with a start date, it was delayed three times - on one occasion after I got to the client's offices. I was never paid for this time or compensated for the 100+ pounds plus wasted travel. |
