Once you have contacted us, we work very hard on your behalf:
- If you are a new client, we will visit you at your premises to get to know you, find out more about your business and take full job description/s
- For existing clients, if you prefer, you can email us your vacancy and we'll get straight onto it
- We will search our database to find candidates who not only fulfil the job requirements, but also fit your business and its culture
- We will send high quality CVs which include relevant information only
- When you select our candidate for interview, we provide you with details of their references, DVLA check and PPA so that you can make a well informed choice by seeing this information in advance of making an offer
- Once our candidate has started work with you, we still keep in touch with you – to make sure they are settling in well and offer any support they or you might need:
- We help you to keep up to date with the latest employment legislation
