Central to the achievement of results is an ability of the recruiter to build an understanding with you, the client. At the outset of your assignment we will work with you as a team to understand your culture, issues and factors for job success. More than simply ticking boxes, however, we will build a picture of the less concrete qualities and traits necessary for the appointed candidate to deliver.

Executive Search is appropriate where there is either a perceived shortage of candidates, or a role is highly specialised, such that an advertisement is unlikely to produce a meaningful response, or if the appointment is commercially sensitive.

The platform of our process-driven approach is developed for each assignment based on the critical success factors of the appointment specified by our client. Using those key criteria, we devise a programme of activity through which our trained and experienced consultants will identify target organisations and contact specifically selected individuals.

Because this method is selective and focused, we ensure that only individuals likely to possess the necessary skills and experience are submitted on the short-list. In addition to confidential face-to-face interviews, we will also incorporate validated psychometric assessments at no extra charge.

Advertised Selection

Companies know they have to compete for the best candidates. Scott Jardine has a superb track record in attracting high quality response by working closely with Clients to produce highly effective advertisements and placing them in the relevant media.

We professionally handle response, screen applications and select the most suitable candidates for interview. At the interview stage we apply best-practice selection methodology through the use of proven and well tried, psychometric tools at no extra cost to our Client. These include leading edge cognitive reasoning tests and the latest Personality Questionnaire from Saville Consulting. Used in conjunction with the interview, this process is proven to greatly increase predictions of job success.

Fastrack Solutions

Our "Fastrack" service is designed to provide a rapid response to clients recruitment needs. Suitable for less senior positions and where time is critical the Fastrack process uses our in-house database, internet job sites and our extensive network of contacts to identify potential candidates. We are able to offer clients quick feedback on the availability of suitable candidates and arrange interviews at short notice to facilitate speedy recruitment.

To support our clients using the Fastrack service, we have a team of consultants that are readily available to assist them through the recruitment process and handle any queries in a responsive and professional manner.
