General comments that raters have made about Resource Solutions:1. Comment left on 14/05/2008 15:52 Person appeared to be internal HR, but in fact were Resource Solutions. Bank had outsource HR to them, so could not avoid them. Their contract was very IR35 unfriendly, and would not let me go through another agency, even though I found one and was prepared to pay the "double commission".
