Recruitment In Warwickshire

Warwickshire, William Shakespeare's county, is a beautiful place, and Stafford on Avon, with its river, historical buildings and the Shakespearian theatre plus the rich cultural heritage are the major tourist attractions. But there are also many other points of interest in Warwickshire including the new Cathedral in the city of Coventry, the beautiful spa town of Royal Leamington Spa, and the old market town of Warwick with its well preserved castle, and of course Warwick Race Course.

The town of Warwick is also home to a Warwick County Cricket Club with its grounds at Edgbaston where many of England's test matches are played. There is a lively manufacturing sector in Warwickshire with many industrial estates in both Coventry and on the outskirts of Leamington Spa providing a lively employment market for job seekers.

Warwickshire is one of the countries flagship counties as far as the economy is concerned, and even agriculture, which has seen a decline is so many counties in recent decades has expanded, growing some 5% between 1995 and 2003,  with the manufacturing industry likewise growing, but at the stronger rate of  17%, whilst the service sector has increased output by a staggering 100%, proving beyond doubt that the service sector is the fastest growing sector not only in Warwickshire, but also across the UK.  There are several recruitment agencies that specialise in the new hi-tech industry sector, and these include Big Fish who are a large recruiter in the area and found on Russell Street, and Select Appointments, with their offices in both Coventry, and Leamington Spa.

Warwickshire was also home to a Ford Car Plant which closed some years ago, but Peugeot still has its UK headquarters in Coventry, (as has Jaguar), and a car plant in Righton, thus keeping Warwickshire's links with the car industry strongly alive.  The manufacturing industry employment market is well served by several strong recruitment agencies including the likes of Apex Recruitment Services of Leamington Spa (or you can visit in person at their Regent Street branch), and Sarah Harvey Recruitment Services found on Chandos Street.

Transport links in Warwickshire are excellent, with Coventry International Airport at Baginton, just outside Coventry, plenty of access to motorways with the M6, M69, M1, M40, M42, and M45 traversing the county, and several railways linking north, west, east, and south. Rugby was once a major railway centre and still houses important rail links including the European goods warehousing depot. The county even has several navigable canals that today are solely used for leisure purposes.  With such excellent transportation facilities, commuting is made simple, and many people find it easy to live in the surrounding villages, and small towns in the Warwickshire countryside, and travel into the major conurbations to work.  Recruitment Agencies like Flex Recruitment Services make full use of their online presence to attract job seekers from all over the county.
