Norwich is the county city of Norfolk in the east of England and is often overlooked as a destination for relocation but Norwich has a lot to offer in terms of employment and lifestyle. Among the major employers based at the park is the UK's Institute of Food Research, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, the University of East Anglia, the Sainsbury Laboratory and the John Innes Centre.

Employment in Norwich's Media industry is higher than the UK's average, having a strong creative and media sector based in Norwich. EPIC, the largest independent production facility in the east is based in Norwich and is one of the biggest dedicated TV production facilities outside of the capital. Other media based companies that are located in Norwich include BBC East, ITV Anglia, Radio Norfolk, Radio Broadland, Town House TV and Imago, all offering plenty of opportunities for people seeking jobs in the media industry.
