PMA Recruitment Ltd was founded to specialise in the recruitment of all levels of sales people and to provide a professional and effective service offering candidates and clients the opportunity to explore the best options in a highly competitive marketplace.

The consultants at PMA have strong backgrounds in all aspects of sales and modern recruitment, which coupled with our practice of forging partnerships with candidates and clients alike, enables us to offer the best opportunities available to achieve career and business goals.

Experience

Since 1990 we have placed over 2800 candidates in almost 400 organisations. This experience allows us to offer our candidates and clients a thorough understanding of our marketplace, and the ability to offer them opportunities that are otherwise not available using the normal channels.

Quality

70% of candidates placed by PMA use our services through recommendation or previous contact. Many of our clients were originally placed by PMA as candidates and have continued to use our services throughout their career. Through gaining a full and complete understanding of our clients' specific requirements, we are able to conduct the initial stages of their recruitment process resulting in only a final short list needing to be presented to our client.

Integrity

All candidates are thoroughly and honestly assessed prior to their introduction to prospective employers ensuring that they are only advised of positions that satisfy their agreed requirements. PMA will then ensure that the candidate is fully prepared, with all relevant information regarding both the client and the interview process, to enable them to perform at the highest level possible

Through combining this with our extensive knowledge of the sales industry, PMA have consistently achieved a success rate of better than one job offer per three interviews attended.

Top Recruitment Company! I was really impressed from the second I arrived and was greeted by Holly who made me feel very important which is always nice! Interviewed by 3 guys including a Director and put forward to 2 great roles where I received an excellent offer yesterday. Highly recommended.

PMA have 20 years experience and it showed. I was recommended by 3 different people and that itself was indicative of their attitude. I saw John and Dave and they took me through the whole process culminating in a 50% increase in my basic and package! The thing that impressed me most is the depth of contacts they have within their clients and the length of time they've been working with some of them. Many thanks chaps and I'll be sending a few friends your way (but make sure that they don't get jobs quite as good!)
