We also use around eight online job boards to search for that perfect candidate and, for senior appointments or very specialist skills, we will use head hunting techniques. When contracting through People Source you can be assured that we will do everything we can to make things run smoothly. In addition to your consultant, you will have a dedicated contact in our payroll department who will deal with your invoicing and timesheets. You will find that we are proactive in ensuring timesheets are authorised and submitted on time and that we have all of your invoices when you are expecting to be paid. The business has grown to a turnover of over £6m and we now recruit for over 100 different companies across all industry sectors including Finance, Defence, Consultancy, New Media, Marketing, Retail and Public Sector.
