At PeopleCo we take great pride in finding the right people for the right jobs and employ rigorous search and selection techiques in our recruitment processes. Below is a 5-step guide as to how we match potentially suitable candidates to a client's needs.

  • Gain a full understanding of the client's needs including skills required and key deliverables
  • Interview each candidate, assess ability and technical background using a structure competency-based interview procedure
  • Assess applicants' suitability to the position - review core and peripheral skill requirements, similar project experience, relevant industry knowledge and culture fit
  • Technical test where appropriate - bespoke or general on client request
  • Submit a shortlist of candidates, all of whom fit the selection criteria and are interested in the position

Contract

Our specialist consultants are geographically focused and get to know all the organisations, sites and contractors working in their area. We can usually come up with a suitable and available contractor name within seconds of briefing and can provide excellent competitive market information.

Our contractors get to know our consultants well, when working through PeopleCo or when on contract elsewhere, PeopleCo remains in touch so we know who is doing what and where! And our contractors know they are dealing with real specialists who understand their markets and individual profile.

Interim Executives

Interim managers are experienced executives contracted on a short term basis to help companies with a specific problem or issue. For instance, leading business transformation, project managing the launch of a new product, managing major change, covering unexpected loss of management or acting as a 'steadying hand' during periods of growth or instability.
