I had an excellent experience with Samantha. She is extremely approachable, understanding and professional. My interactions with other employees of Parkhouse Bell were just as positive and every time I called, I was helped to the best of my expectations. I would recommend Parkhouse Bell to anyone who is tired of being 'just commission'.

Helen, Bonnie and the team at PB were excellent, efficient with the 'human touch'. They did what they said they were going to do and when they said they would do it - a very refreshing change! I was kept informed of progress and was treated as a person and not a commodity. I would not hesitate to recommend PB to both candidates and employers.

Overall an excellent company who treat you as an individual. Nothing is to much trouble and full feedback received after interviews. Guidance given on areas such as interviewing and presentation techniques and the guidance given on CV presentation and content was excellent. I would, and have highly recommended this company for their professional approach and sensitivity to individuals and their needs.

Helen and Sally were so helpful and totally upfront about the opportunities they might be able to offer me and what I would be suitable for. I was treated as an individual, not an experience I'd had with any other of the recruitment agencies I'd registered with! Make them the first port of call in your job search - you won't be disappointed!

I personally vowed never to use employment agencies as experiences had shown me that most recruitment consultants were more interested in achieving their target to achieve their bonuses than offering a tailor made service and treating you as an individual with specific needs.....................However PARKHOUSE BELL (Helen & Sally) astounded me with their professionalism understanding of the sector I wished to be employed in, they did not bombard me with vacancies that had no relevance to what we discussed but to my exact requirements. Informing me every step of the way via telephone calls, e- mail constantly catering for my needs..................Because PARKHOUSE BELL understands their clients need, the labour market & they employ staffs who appreciate their ethos.................................. Because of those factors I am now looking forward to starting my new job next week!!!!!!! SO THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH PARKHOUSE BELL ESPECIALLY SALLY & HELEN.........from Laura I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FRIENDS & ANYONE I KNOW IS SEEKING EMPLOYMENT!!!!

Parkhouse Bell and their staff are very professional,helpful and exceptionally good at what they do. When I signed up I was quite down after a negative work experience and I found the staff to be very positive and upbeat with the ability to understand my skill set and match me to the right job. I would recommend this company as they have been streets ahead of other Recruitment Agencies in my experience. I am back at work now and would like to express my sincere thanks to the two recruiters at Parkhouse who were so helpful. THANKYOU.

Gavin was excellent and it felt like a personal service. Other recruiters i've used i felt like they were helping me so they get the commission not because they want me to get a job.
