The Office Angels service covers every aspect of the recruitment process. Our consultants provide expert advice and solutions from the initial enquiry through to candidate placement and management.

We believe in building relationships that respond to day-to-day needs while maintaining focus on your long-term objectives. Our extra services, such as client and candidate aftercare, help you prepare for interviews and the hiring of staff. Furthermore, once a new staff member is secured, you will be given further tips on how to make the most of your new team member.

Permanent Staff

We place around 9,000 people in permanent jobs every year and can help right from the start of the recruitment process - from positioning the role to placing adverts in the best media.

Your Consultant will always aim to provide our best three CVs within one working day and we can even carry out assessments and skills evaluation. All you need do is set aside time to meet shortlisted candidates we're confident you'll consider hiring.

Contract Staff

On any day of the week about 8,000 people head off to work on an assignment through Office Angels.

They might be with you for a day or for three months, but either way, they're committed to getting stuck in straight away.

And so are we.

Your Consultant will always call you back within 30 minutes to let you know if we've been able to fill your assignment. But we can usually tell you immediately.

We'll then provide the candidate's details, test results (if you need them), work experience, skills and agreed start time.

Simple as that.

Skills & Training

We provide training and testing that gives you the opportunity to expand your skills set and further your career.

The Office Angels Training Solutions (OATS) consists of over 60 on-line courses, and includes MS Office packages, accountancy packages, languages, customer service, IT and psychometric testing. Other soft skills include general business packages, which focus on areas such as email etiquette, team leadership, and stress management.

All of our courses are tailored to your specific needs. Initial diagnostic tests allow for areas of weakness to be highlighted and then focused on for greater course effectiveness. Ask one of our consultants about courses that may suite your career needs, and remember...OATS is available online and can be completed at your own leisure.

By all means work with Office Angels. Just don't be surprised if on payday you are not paid. And don't expect any help from Office Angels other than "wait until next payday, we will pay you then". If you rely on your pay arriving when it should to pay bills etc then Office Angels is not the agency for you.
