Employees

We offer a yearly employee voluntary scheme open to all our staff. The scheme allows our employees to take time off work to help on a range of voluntary projects from conservation, to developing young people's skills, as well as helping to get the unemployed back into work. The schemes give many charities the opportunity to receive valued help and support from our staff.

Our work with a number of national causes including the Lea Valley, Refugee Council, Midland Heart and Street League has ranged from; organising football matches for the disadvantaged, providing CV writing courses, helping refugees into employment, improving nature reserves and redecorating the homes of vulnerable London residents. With around 79% uptake, the employee voluntary scheme equates to around 1,428 hours of volunteering per year.

Empty promises from the recruitment agency. They never got back to me when I called a number of times for feedback on a potential position. It appears they are inexperienced and have lack of knowledge in the education FE dpt. Don't take your work to them, find another agency!

I travelled to the London office and indulged in an interview, after which I was told what a high quality candidate I was. Then I heard nothing more, despite requesting updates or a communication of any kind. A waste of time and money!
