Michael Page, in my view, is probably the worse recruitment agency I've ever experienced. Their lobby is like a cattle farm with hundreds of candidates being registered. Unfortunately, my registration translated into nothing. Despite sending a follow up email to thank the recruiter for the meeting, I never received any acknowledgment. In fact, I haven't hear back since despite applying for many roles. I would never recommend this agency to either a candidate or an employer. Being in HR myself, I was appalled by the lack of follow up. Now that I'm in my new position, i would never consider using Michael Page to recruit new employees.

They promise a lot, but if you do not fit their seemingly narrow criteria, they are totally dismissive of you, even if you have got a lot to offer. They never call back when promised or do they follow-up on their promise to call you to discuss your CV/Career requirements as they state.

Michael Page gave a good candidate provision, though slightly hampered by having such a 'big company' feel. The fee margin is large, though the payment terms are very reliable. For their size they slightly disappoint in terms of the frequency of potential roles. Overall a decent and professional recruiter.
