The Facts
Candidates You don't want to feel you're being churned through a machine with minimal regard for your career aspirations. That doesn't suit us either. We take the trouble to get to know you, discover more about your ideal job and support you until you find it. (Actually, we like to keep in touch after you've found it. To ensure you're settling in OK and because you might just want to use us when you become a hiring manager. Or for your next move, however distant.) Are you looking for a permanent role or a contract position? We want to know. What have you done so far and where do you feel your skills lie? Tell us. It's important. Because it's only by building a strong personal relationship with you that we can match you to the best available job. That way you're happy and the client is happy - and that makes us happy. Clients We know you can't afford to have key roles sitting empty. But neither can you afford to put the wrong person into a permanent or contract position. We screen all potential candidates well before we submit their CVs. We ask them to complete online tests to weigh up their technical skills. And we take the time to assess how they would fit with your organisational culture and structures. Clients in industries as diverse as pharmaceuticals, the media, the public sector, financial services, manufacturing and technology all trust us to deliver, time after time after time. They come back to us because at the heart of what we offer are the relationships we build. By getting to know you, we can develop real insights into your organisation as well as the type of people you're looking for, from systems architects to HR managers. General comments that raters have made about Lorien Resourcing:1. Comment left on 02/07/2008 18:17 Called me to discuss a specific opportunity. Very evasive, but pushy at same time. Will try not to deal with in the future. 2. Comment left on 18/05/2008 15:38 I have encountered far worse agencies with better payment terms. 30 days is quite a long time in the current climate and could leave the contractor quite exposed should the agency encounter "cash flow" problems. Taking all things into consideration, I would work with them again in the future. |
