I have encountered far worse agencies with better payment terms. 30 days is quite a long time in the current climate and could leave the contractor quite exposed should the agency encounter "cash flow" problems. Taking all things into consideration, I would work with them again in the future.

Called me to discuss a specific opportunity. Very evasive, but pushy at same time. Will try not to deal with in the future.
