Our Approach to Candidates When a candidate registers with Judd Farris, we will always endeavour to meet the candidate and conduct a personal interview. Should this not be possible, an in-depth telephonic interview is carried out. The purpose of this first interview is to ascertain what the candidate wishes to achieve by a job move and their level of expertise to enable us to work for both them and our client more efficiently.
