I've dealt with Jam on a couple of roles over the last 6 months or so. Always found them to be professional and quick at getting back to me. I found their interview prep to be better than other agencies and they seem to know their stuff. I would recommend them.

Applied a couple of times for a job, eventually got called 7 days after first app. Was told my CV would be submitted then heard nothing. A couple of weeks later another Agency submits my CV for the same job, and suddenly JAM are in touch with me telling me it's their sale, and I have to work for them, not the agency that actually did the leg work. JAMs 'proof' of 'owning' me comes in the form of a forwarded (therefore editable) 'original' email with a falsified attachment that goes to both me and the potential client, but it makes no difference as the client had chosen to deal with the other agency anyway. Now looks like the customer has got sick of the whole thing and I'm no longer being considered for the job. Worst agency I've ever encountered, reported to the REC for breach of their code of conduct. Just disgusting, really.
