Hillman Saunders' Financial Services Division was established in 1994 as a strategic development from our foundations in the Insurance industry. The division has grown rapidly and built an unparalleled reputation within its market for quality and efficiency and of our service thereby allowing our clients to focus on their core activities. Today, we act on behalf of the most well known Life Assurance companies, Pensions, Actuarial and Employee Benefit Consultancies, together with small, medium and national IFAs.

Professional Office Support Services

The Professional Office Support division is committed to providing recruitment solutions to some of London's most prestigious organisations. Whether our clients require temporary, contract or permanent staff, understanding our markets is key to the quality of our service. We endeavour to fully understand our clients' company culture as well as our candidates' aspirations whilst treating both parties with equal importance. In addition, we realise the value of long-term client relationships, which are based on mutual respect and trust.

As part of our selection process, we are able to fully assess all candidates due to our on-site private interviewing facilities. During an in-depth interview, we spend time identifying candidates' particular skill sets whilst discussing a range of vacancies that we feel match their individual requirements. Additionally, thorough assessments are made which include accurate evaluation of relevant office and technical skills using the Qwiz system.

The Professional Office Support Division is run by a Platinum Fellow of the REC who has ten years plus industry experience, the consultants in turn are REC trained, specialise within their particular area of expertise and therefore have a wealth of knowledge to bring to their particular area of specialism.

Hillman Saunders recognize the importance of a Non for Profit Division, therefore have recruited a consultant who specializes in the charity industry.  Being part of our successful Professional Office Support Division, our Not for Profit team have earned an excellent reputation within the industry and strive to meet the needs of both our clients and candidates.

Our Consultants have extensive knowledge of the industry through years of recruiting in the sector and by gaining an insight into our client's company background, environment and staff. We have enviable advertising tools and conduct thorough interviews with all candidates, gaining as much information to get a good understanding for their next role.
