Whilst this is the main driver of the business we now also support UK brands due to our success and ensuing reputation. Executive Search

We believe that fees for retained search and selection are excessive. We don't believe a more senior role, a bigger salary & package equates to significantly greater work load. We work on a contingency basis for executive search.

Advertised Search

Should you wish to utilise hard copy advertising, we can assist. We will discuss with you the pros & con's for blind or branded, it can be designed either through your own advertising agency or by utilising our advertising agency who will work with us to create a successful ad campaign. We can then manage all candidate responses, develop a bespoke and tailored telephone screen and short list candidates for you to interview.

Database Search

Our extensive database is actively managed. We also have access to various other databases accessing over 1 million candidates.

Search and Selection

We operate search for all levels of management recruitment. Passive and active candidates will be targeted in a confidential and professional manner.
