I work with someone who constantly whines about their job.  He complains about the long hours, having to attend too many meeting, and the work load.  I wish he would keep his comments to himself or look for another job.  It's getting very annoying and I'm getting the impression no matter where he works he would complain regardless.  Looks like I can't do anything to stop his whining. So far I keep trying to avoid interacting with him at work.  Its been helping for awhile, but I can't keep doing this.  Has anyone ever dealt with this type of problem before?
