There are many mothers who are making the transition from being a stay at home Mom to reentering the work force.  Is there any advice for Mothers to get back into the work force?  Is there anything to they can do to increase their chances of getting hired after being absent for so long?

Oh, yes, definitely, there are a lot of chances. Who says that having a baby implies loosing all initial skills, especially related to your profession?

It's all about you eventually, and how you manage balancing your life as a mum and as an employee.
