Many years ago, (28) one of my customers (a retired prison Governor of Parkhurst Prison IoW) said you need three things to be happy in a job!
1. Be happy with Salary and benefits. You need to feel that your pay is sufficient and commensurate with the work you do and the value you give the employer.
2. Like the the work you do. You need to like or enjoy the work you do.
3. You need to like the people you work with. Your line manager, directors, colleagues etc.
Now all three is an unattainable utopia.
You can live without one of them but once you have only one of the above it is time to leave and get another job.
In all the year's and employments I have had this has held true and I have never forgotten the words of wisdom.

I agree that if these are possible then work life would be a very happy place.

one of these is easy, you can choose whether to like the work you do.
the other two, very difficult to achieve, but possible.

Job Satisfaction is very important part of best performance. If we are happy with our job & happy at our workplace, our results will fulfill company's goals. It is the utmost duty of employer to take care of employee's satisfaction & openly & politely discuss about anything & their problems, so that they should feel good & perform good. http://www.van-hireleedsuk.com/

I see van hire is another spammer! Why dont you set the number of post before links can be set and improve your registration settings. Mind you that would have stopped this spammer! Check out the MODS available at SMF Community Forum ADMIN

Can I apologise as there's been loads of spammers over the past few days. We're doing all we can to keep on top of it and checking the forums as often as possible to remove such rubbish.
