Working with your spouse can be very difficult.  I was wondering if anyone has some good advice on how to have a good working relationship with your spouse? How do you avoid difficult arguments without being affended by their remarks?  Is this even possible?

Working with your spouse can be very tricky.  Many times you are more likely to say things to your working spouse than a fellow employee. You also become more easily upset and don't have the same level of patients.  My suggestion is to develop your own list of duties and specialties that are different from your spouse.  This will help avoid a difference of opinion and less arguments.
