Interesting article here about snap judgements made by interviewers.

Even if an interview is an hour long, the decision has most often been made in the first few minutes.

You know from a CV if a person can do the job or not.
When you meet, the impression they give you is whether you and others can work with them.

You never get a second chance to make a first impression!
