I have just started (as a last resort) County Court proceedings against an ex employer who steadfastly refuses to pay my pension contribution for the last month I was employed and the following month in lieu.

In addition, they collected my company car (presumably I was not insured as I was no longer their employee) straight away and also steadfastly refuse to pay a CAR ALLOWANCE as a replacement of this benefit for the in lieu period.

Both these benefits are in my letter of employment  (Employment Contract) so I will win.
