There will always be more people loking than there are vacancies.
Are they CV collecting for nine months time when the job prospects may have improved?
Or are they just collecting well written CV's to show Clients so it looks like thye attract the top people?
If you get 1000 CV's 10 may be very good people. If you get 100 CV's one may be good.
I dont have a problem with CV collecting, it should just be done in a more open and honest way.
Not on some pretext that they is the prospect of a vacancy or interview.
Honesty from an agency? some hope!
I totally agree, they should be more open about what they are doing with someones cv rather than giving them false hope that there is actually a job available.
