In the work place many employees want to demonstate their talents and share their innovative thoughts on how to make the company more efficient and become bigger.  However, what do you do when the boss takes your ideas and gets credit for them?  How do you handle this situation?

Oh, man....I have been in a situation like this, but I was fortunate as well. Meaning I work in a journalistic field and, well....we gotta have good ideas for our pages, especially fr the advertising ones. One of my supervisors used to steal my ideas. Not that I was a genius or something, I was just creating the decent stuff to enter those pages. Until I made everything public during a meeting with our boss who happened to believe me because , of course, I came with the arguments. I'm more aggressive, I can't stand people stealing my ideas.
