I know that in today's work environment, many people feel obligated to bring their work home with them so they can stay on top of things.  Workers are being bombarded with paper work, high performance tasks, and the added strees of performance evaluations.  So if your bringing work home with you, doesn't that make you feel even more stressed out? Do you have the option to take your work home? Or do you get pressure from your boss to keep doing more work?

I feel that many people take their work home with them because they are constantly being evaluated at work.  They want others to realize they take their job very seriously and will make the necessary sacrifices to be the best they can be.  Every day  companies lay people off and employees are very scared their job will be next.  For that reason, they will do whatever it takes to protect their job.
