when i submitted my resume to famous job site within twenty fours i got call from the recruiter.

Yes you will get loads of calls from Agencies. 

BUT how many job interviews have they arranged for you after that call?

AND how many calls have you had from actual employers?

Yes Internet sites can reach a wider audience. Whether you would like to find a job
or if you are a Company and would like to post a job it's really a good deal.

Why oh why don't these job boards start to get their act together?

They ALL need to:

1) Randomly check that the jobs actually exist and ban those agencies that are caught posting non existant jobs.  they should co operate with other job boards with the details of offending agencies.
2) They need to stop the practice of multiple postings of the SAME job, clogging up the search results.
3) They need to insist that the locations are correct and make it so that only ONE location can be used.  Manchester is not in WEST SUSSEX www.1job.co.uk

The technology exists for this to be done. these job boards make good money out of the sites.  isn't it time they got more professional.
