They're looking to hire information technology, human resources, research and development, marketing, finance and administrative.

Bank of America Corp.

job openings: 1,860

Positions in consumer banking, small business banking, credit cards, home loans, global banking, wealth management, technology, finance, communications, marketing and administration.

Are these in the UK do you know? Or the US? Or worldwide even? I know that Wal-Mart own Asda in the UK and I can't imagine why they wouldn't be hiring people. Good news anyway in this current climate when everything is allegedly so gloomy.

The health care industry always seems to be looking for employees.  However, keep in mind that hospitals have a very limited budget and many over work their employeees and many complain that are underpaid for the amount of work they do.

I'm surprise to see that Bank od America is hiring.  Being that they are a bank, I would think they are having financial problems.  Does anyone agree?

I agree I'd be surprised to hear that ANY bank is hiring in this current tricky financial climate. Though a small number of banks (I think) didn't need bail out money so perhaps this is one of those?

Does anybody know?
