The following is an exact quote from an employers website. Obviously they have suffered many fake Job postings on job boards by dodgy recruitment agencies.
When will the government wake up and legislate against the scum in the recruitment industry?

"The ****** Group takes recruitment fraud very seriously and we would advise any job seekers to be vigilant about fake job offers from companies or individuals claiming they are recruiting on behalf of The ****** Group.

To help identify a genuine vacancy from The ****** Group, all our vacancies are managed through our HR department and are posted online, either on our website or via a recognised recruitment portal. We never include email addresses for individual employees on job advertisements and we will never email a job offer or opportunity before an interview has taken place. When applying through our website, you will receive an automated reply which will appear on the page after successful submission - you will not receive an email stating that we have received your application.

If you are still unsure, here are some additional ways to help identify recruitment fraud:
Early requests for personal information.
Requirement to complete employment paperwork prior to an interview or verbal or written job offer.
Requirement to provide money – The ****** Group NEVER asks for money.
Correspondence signed off with a ****** Group employee’s name and details – staff information will only be provided if you are successful in reaching the interview stage.
If you suspect you have been a victim of recruitment fraud, please contact your local police as soon as possible"
