Clients

In our opinion recruitment consultants often do not deserve to call themselves such.

There is precious little in the way of consulting practiced - all too often agencies are simply concerned with making a profit.

Far from behaving as you might expect, often agencies will simply post your vacancies on the internet and wait for prospective candidates to reply to the advertisement. Then, they will forward you the CVs that are 'there or thereabouts' and ask you to select the best.

There is very little skill in this practice, and one which is not utilised at Elite Employee.

You will not be inundated with CVs for your positions, but each will have been pre-selected, interviewed (face to face where possible), positively referenced and be ready, willing and able to perform the role that they are applying for.

All of our candidates are thoroughly referenced and we check out any potential pitfalls, such as distance, cost of travel, childcare arrangements etc.

We are capable of providing an individual or indeed we have the capability to provide highly specialised teams or managed agency services.

Candidates

There are few things more stressful than seeking employment.

The UK employment market is a potential minefield - often we are forced to seek out the 'expertise' of an employment agency, however reluctantly.

Over the years, we have heard all the common gripes. Sadly, we would agree with the majority, such as - "the agency never calls me back", "the agency did not explain the role to me", "the agency put me forward to a position that I was unsuitable for", "the agency did not give me any feedback", and so on.

Unfortunately, these complaints are often not without foundation. The majority of agencies are simply seeking to make money from you.

Some agencies appear to have lost their way.

At Elite Employee we strive to ensure you are treated differently. Indeed, the Company was born out of frustrations with the Recruitment Industry.

Of course, we cannot guarantee we will find you employment, but we can promise you that we will do everything in our power to help you in your job search.

We will happily give you tips on CV presentation, keep you informed, prepare you for your interview and in short, give you every possible chance of success. Yes, we will even ring you back when we say we will.
