General comments that raters have made about Elan IT:1. Comment left on 02/11/2009 12:52  This was quite a difficult assignment as the client had no idea what they wanted or what to do. I thought Elan reacted well and helped me through a tense period by remaining available. I think this is important and is a key service agencies can provide: "keep talking to the client and contractor". I would work with Elan again but not the client (or at least that department). |
