Other people seem to have had a much better time with this company than I did. My interviewer spent most of the time discussing their own career. They claimed to be a subject matter expert, but their subject appeared to be self promotion. It certainly wasn't industry knowledge or interviewing skills.

I was extremely impressed with Jenny Cahill and with Chapple. Friendly, professional, responsive, excellent. Of course, the proof is in the long term relationship, but first impressions are very, very good.

Too often recruitment agencies fail to get feedback or are poor at keeping you updated with applications. From my experience this is because they have poor relationships with the companies they're recruiting for. With Chapple the level of service was consistently high and I was very impressed.
