This ensures you only get the highest calibre of staff that are not only suited to the position, but also motivated to succeed within it.

Once you register a vacancy with us, your consultant will search through our extensive database of experienced candidates, from which we can send through CVs of prospective candidates suitable for the posts that you are recruiting. If we don't feel we have a candidate that meets your requirements, we will advertise your vacancy.

Once we send you the CV's of candidates we feel would suit the role, you can make your decision with the peace of mind that they will have been through our rigorous vetting procedures.

We also offer a high level of service and continued support, well after the position has been filled. And we believe that this after care service is just as important as the initial screening process.

At BBT we pride ourselves in our extensive screening procedure. Each candidate is interviewed by one of our expert consultants, to ensure that they meet our high standards. Full checks are made on their identification, passport or drivers licences. A minimum of 2 references are requested on our standard BBT forms. These, and the full employment history, are verified verbally, as per company policy. As mentioned we have standard reference forms that we use, although if you have reference forms which you would prefer us to use on your behalf, we would be happy to facilitate this.

Original certificates and qualifications are checked and candidates must complete a full medical Questionnaire and sign a Rehabilitation of Offenders Form*. Police clearance certificates are also requested and checked for their authenticity.

And you will have access to all of this information before you decide whether to interview the candidates. And once a position has been offered we will process the work permit (if required) on your behalf at no cost to you or the candidate. A comprehensive list of checks are carried out by ourselves including: Police, Professional Bodies, authenticity of Professional Certificates and previous employment Reference Checks.
