Our Commitment To Clients

  • Before the start of any recruitment project, we visit all clients to discuss the details and specification at a time and place chosen by the client.
  • Ace Personnel offers free advertising if the client chooses to advertise the vacancy. The advertising can include the client's company logo.
  • Ace Personnel's specialist consultants conduct face to face interviews with every candidate applying for the vacancy.
  • Every candidate selected by Ace Personnel is reference checked with their previous employer before being forwarded to our client.
  • Ace Personnel select only specific candidates who show a genuine interest in the client's business, together with all the skills required for the post. This ensures the client receives C.V.'s of suitable candidates only .
  • Clients are able to use the excellent facilites at Ace Personnel's offices for interviewing and assessment days.
  • Ace Personnel visit all clients within two months of successfully filling a vacancy. By doing this, we can assess the candidate's progress and provide the client with the opportunity to give some feed back on our performance throughout the recruitment process.

Our Commitment To Candidates

  • Ace Personnel interview every candidate, in person, before they will forward their details for any vacancy.
  • Prior arrangement for an interview appointment is not always necessary.
  • Using our hi-tech communication system, as soon as a candidate is registered, every Ace consultant is made aware of the new candidate.
  • At Ace Personnel, we pride ourselves in keeping in touch with candidates and returning calls.
  • Ace Personnel will contact candidates every 30 days or at a preferred interval once the initial interview with an Ace Personnel consultant has taken place. By contacting candidates on a regular basis, we can update them on their vacancy application and discuss any new vacancies which have become available.
  • Ace Personnel will only forward candidate details to clients with the candidate's prior permission.
  • When selected for a first interview by one of our clients, candidates are thoroughly briefed on the client's company and the position they are applying for.
  • We will always provide candidates with honest and constructive feedback to help candidates in their search for a new position.
  • At Ace Personnel all candidates are contacted within a month of starting their new employment to check they are happy in their new position.
