Every twelve minutes of every working day the organisation through its people help someone find a job - a very significant contribution to recruitment in the UK recruiter market.
The vast majority of the people that have beem helped are from the hardest to reach groups, such as the long-term unemployed, people receiving incapacity benefits, black and ethnic minority groups as well as the over 50s. We think our results speak for themselves - without us less would be recruited - thus they would be excluded from recruitment opportunities.
