Utterly unprofessional - never return calls, e-mails or close a prospective job. They even forget who you are. I have spoken to one of their staff 5 times and he still asked the same questions each time. They also try to find out what other prospects you have so that they can canvass that client. All of my colleagues who have used them have had the same experience.

I was quite happy with the service I received, but the signed contract did not arrive until 3 months after I had finished the contract. But they had paid for the work invoiced on time. The consultants are very helpful, chatty, positive and full of energy and enthusiasm.

One of the giants of IT agencies and arrogant too. Standard agency cut is 30% but even larger cuts have been known.
