Recruitment Agency ranking or rating is based on the principle of allowing candidates to provide feedback on the practical side of their experiences with a particular agency or consultant. This provides a unique insight into the candidate experience which cannot be found in any other way. The idea is to create a way for job-seekers to share their experience. A lot of the information available on particular recruitment consultancies actually ends up coming from the companies themselves, or is based on abstract statistics which even employee-seeking businesses aren’t able to usefully apply to their own situation.
